Bathroom Installation in Birmingham
We Knocked the separate toilet and bathroom into one, while blocking off one doorway.
Plastered throughout and decorated with new door frame and door. Installed new bathroom suite complete with electrics, wall and floor tiling and decorating.
Bathroom Installation in Solihull
Prestantia Property Services carried out all the plastering and electrics installation followed by installing the new bathroom suite with tiling and laminate flooring.
A new electric shower, towel rail, spot lights and extractor fan were also fitted.

Boiler Replacement and Central Heating Installation in Birmingham
Our skilled tradesmen replaced old boiler with a new A rated Worcester Bosch Condensing Combi boiler in their utility room.
We also power flushed and upgraded the central heating system with thermostats.

Utility Room in Moseley
Removed old floor and laid new 150mm concrete base, screeded and tiled. Installed new sink, wall and base units to accommodate used oak fronts supplied by the customer.
Boxed in all low level pipe work and carried out any required decorating.

Full renovation of 3 down stairs rooms. Removed old floor, laid new 150mm concrete base, screeded and tiled.
Installed all new electrics, plastering and carpentry with all plumbing and gas work. Installed new kitchen with solid oak fronts, tiled and carried out any decorating.
